Hello! Welcome.

When you're considering improving your life, it's difficult to know where to start. These, for me, are the base essencial ones.

Self-Love, Gratitude and Meditation.

In short, as there will be another post on each:

Self-Love is key. To be and do better, you have to take good care of yourself. You need to understand your true nature and your needs. You have to understand your inner power and establish healthy boundaries, etc.

In a society that has taught you that choosing you first is selfish, it's one of the first constructs that must crumble. And be clear that I don't mean you should only see your own interests and well-being, but they must be met first before you aim at giving and being there for others. How can you pour from an empty cup?!

Gratitude is focusing on what is already good in your life. You see, what we focus on expands and, as such, if you practice gratitude daily, you'll see a rise in more pleasant things coming to you. Also, it acts like an emotional elevator, helping you to raise your frequency in the hardest moments and, by doing so, you don't resolve the issue but a higher vibration will allow you to increase your clarity from which then the best solutions will spring forth!

Meditation is the practice of being totally present in the moment with only yourself. There are many forms, but all of them will bring you into greater alignment with your true inner wisdom. It will start growing your awareness, your inner peace, your connection with intuition (your best friend), grow clarity and in general make you feel grounded. I started with 5 minutes per day and it changed my life!
