Hello! Welcome.

When I asked for guidance on how to start someone on this path of conscious creation, with the highest degree of benefit and ease, gratitude was the answer.

This emotion is one with the highest frequency and, unlike others around the same vibration, which can only be achieved after a long process, gratitude is like an elevator.

Literally, raising your vibration quickly and easily.

In addition to this immense power, gratitude has many other benefits.

It improves the ability to focus, increasing the tendency for the things we already appreciate. Well, what we focus on increases. Thus, you will experience more and more aspects similar to those you liked. When this begins to happen, confidence/faith in the laws of reality also increases and it becomes easier and more effective to manifest. Likewise, high vibration brings greater clarity and manifestation power. It is one of the tools that most spiritual teachers also promote and incentivate.

• Before going to sleep, after relaxing a bit (I recommend relaxing music and not touching your phone)
• Select 5 things from the day that you are grateful for.
• Write: “Today I am grateful for __________________”
• Allow yourself to remember the moment and let the emotion fill your heart and then your whole body
• Notice if a smile comes to your lips - it will be the indication that you tuned in to the frequency successfully.
• I know that there are days when we don’t feel gratitude at all, on those days, focus on obvious but very valuable things that we sometimes stop noticing: for being able to see, for being able to walk, for being able to taste flavors, for having a roof, for having running water, for being able to hear, for having food, for having clean water, etc.
• Repeat a minimum of 21 days.

Although it starts as a tool, gratitude is really a way of life.

I recommend expanding from 5 things to more and, eventually, start using it throughout the day as you have the experiences.

It is too easy for us, in this culture, to find things to complain about, it is essential to transform this into a constructive process: focus on what we prefer and like.

Your creative energy flows to where your attention goes. Choose wisely where you put it!
