Join me and my partner for a beautiful walk in pure nature with practices of conscious breathing, mindfulness exercises, yoga streches, meditation, sound healing (handpan) and teachings of conscious creation over a light and healthy snack homemade by us!

By doing this we create an energetic grid that rippled across the collective to bring about those changes. It is more powerful as we become conscious creators in a higher vibration. It acts quite fast.
